Sunteck Realty’s pre-sales grows by 17.2% year-on-year in Q2 FY24, ET RealEstate

NEW DELHI: Sunteck Realty has registered a growth of 16.7% year-on-year in the pre-sales to Rs 782 crore in H1 FY24 as against Rs 670 crore it recorded in H1 FY23. The company’s collections for the first-half of this fiscal stood strong at ~Rs 502 crore.

During Q2 FY24, pre-sales for the company grew by 17.2% year-on-year to ~Rs 395 crore, collections remained at ~Rs 214 crore.

Sunteck and International Finance Corporation (IFC) have partnered to create a joint platform with a total investment of up to Rs 750 crores to promote the development of close to 12,000 high-quality housing units across four to six green housing projects within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

The company has five ongoing projects and plans to launch two new projects which are expected to yield operating cash flow surplus with a total gross development value (GDV) of about Rs 30,000 crore (US$ 3.7 billion).
