Applicant notice that recently some construction activities have started by converting natural drain with permanent construction…” states the NGT order copy.

The order also mentions that the assistant conservator of forest, Nahargarh, Wildlife Sanctuary had sought a factual report on this on June 16 and informed the deputy conservator of forest wildlife, Jaipur to take effective steps for stopping the construction and also to raise fencing on sides of drain but “no effective steps have been taken so far.”
