Kda Seeks Suggestions On Tod Zone, Real Estate News, ET RealEstate
KANPUR: Kanpur Development Authority (KDA) on Tuesday decided to invite objections and suggestions from the citizens by marking Transit Oriented Development (TOD) zone on map of Kanpur Master Plan-2031 on the basis of physical boundaries as per the local situation.
The proposal is in accordance with the instructions given by the government.
To mark the TOD zone of Kanpur city, the area within 500 metres on both sides of the central line in the direction of transit project for metro line will be a TOD zone.
The actual boundaries of the TOD zone should be delimited on the basis of the physical characteristics of the area.
