CHANDIGARH: The PMLA court special judge on Tuesday reserved the orders on the bail application of real estate company M3M managing director Roop Bansal for September 11.
Bansal had moved the application on the ground that he was arrested by ED in the PMLA case registered against Ireo MD Lalit Goyal.
His counsel said Bansal deserved the benefit of bail on default, as the ED has not been able to file a final chargesheet in the court even after 60 days.
The ED court has already issued production warrants for Bansal for September 12 in the PMLA case linked to the ACB case involving former CBI judge Sudhir Parmar registered in April this year.
