Gvmc Prepares For Tidco House Allocation, Real Estate News, ET RealEstate
VISAKHAPATNAM: GVMC commissioner CM Saikanth Varma inspected the TIDCO (Andhra Pradesh Township and Infrastructure Development Corporation) houses which are under construction in the 45th ward of Vizag city on Wednesday. Speaking on this occasion, the commissioner said that construction of 280 housing units was completed in the area.
He asked the TIDCO officials to complete the CC roads, drinking water supply, electricity, and underground drainage works in the next 15 days.
He directed the officials to allocate the completed housing units to the eligible beneficiaries as per the prepared list. He made several suggestions with regard to greenery, underground drainage system, street lighting, etc.
Nearly 24,000 TIDCO housing units, measuring 300 square feet, 365 square feet and 430 square feet, are currently under construction in various parts of district.
