Glada Notice To Realtors For Putting Up Ads Sans Licence, Real Estate News, ET RealEstate
LUDHIANA: The Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (Glada) has issued notices to several real estate firms for putting up advertisement hoardings in public places without obtaining requisite licence from the authority.
Glada chief administrator Sagar Setia said that as per guidelines, the promoters are required to obtain licence from the authority after registering under Rera.
He added that notices had been issued to promoters, asking them to remove their advertisement hoardings. He said that action would be initiated under PAPRA and Rera, if these advertisements were not taken down.
