Bsl To Raze Over 100 Houses Today, Real Estate News, ET RealEstate
BOKARO: The Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) has issued a public notice announcing the removal of over 100 unauthorised houses built in Sector 4 area of the city.
The district administration has deployed a magistrate for the anti-encroachment drive to be conducted on Thursday for demolishing of illegal huntments.
This locality is the same where recently squatters launched an attack on the BSL anti-encroachment team when it went to remove a concrete structure coming up illegally close to the Sector 4 police station.
Chief of communication, BSL, Manikant Dhan said “The orders for eviction and demolition of unauthorised occupants pertaining to BSL land have been passed. But the unauthorised occupants have not vacated the premises even after the expiry of the permissible period given in the said orders.”
