Awfis looks to expand in South India with 11 new properties, Real Estate News, ET RealEstate
NEW DELHI: Awfis Space Solutions (Awfis), a workspace solutions platform, plans to expand in South India with the addition of 11 new centres. The company claims to have secured properties across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kochi.
Overall, across the south region, the company has added over 8,000 seats.
Amit Ramani, CEO and founder of the company said, “This expansion aligns with our strategic approach to target emerging business hubs, offering an enhanced workspace experience through our diverse range of products and services.”
The company currently operates a total of 150 centres and 88,000 seats across 17 cities in India.
