Housing policy draft to be cleared in December: Maharashtra housing minister

The policy is expected to lay focus on skilled manpower, rental housing schemes for migrant workers and colonies for senior citizens. Besides, it will also include sops for affordable housing and measures for quick approvals, the minister said.
