AHMEDABAD: In response to complaints from developers about delayed registration process, the Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) has said that developers should resolve its queries in due time.

Senior officers in RERA said that currently, around 200 project registrations are pending just because developers have not responded to queries raised by the authority.

A senior officer said, “There are queries in some projects and we have asked developers to fulfil the requirements necessary for registration. There are legal, technical and finance related queries for different projects. For around 200 projects, developers have not furnished the details needed.

“This results in delayed registrations. In most cases, developers rely on their consultants who do not complete such queries.”
