ED charges M3M group directors, Ireo’s MD, others in case tied to ex-CBI judge, ET RealEstate

CHANDIGARH: The special PMLA court in Panchkula on Tuesday fixed September 4 as the next date of hearing for considering summoning the seven persons named in the chargesheet filed by Enforcement Directorate (ED) into the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) case linked to former CBI judge Sudhir Parmar.

The ED had filed a voluminous chargesheet against the seven accused – Parmar’s nephews Ajay Parmar and Paramvir Parmar, and their mother Pushpa Devi, their relative Rohit Tomar, realty firm M3M group directors Bansant Bansal and Pankaj Bansal and Lalit Goyal, the managing director of real estate development Ireo – on August 11 in the court of Sunil Kumar for scrutiny.

The chargesheet gives details of how the proceeds were transferred into the bank accounts of mother and sons.

Procurement of a residential plot by Pushpa Devi which is believed to be linked to Parmar, as an outcome of bribe money worth Rs five to six crore.
