Common JVPD plots belong to 14 housing societies, not Mhada: Bombay HC

Justice Bharati Dangre’s order early this week said Mhada has no right, title or interest in these plots after execution of the registered common plot conveyance along with individual plot conveyances was done in favour of the 14 societies.
