Kamdhenu Ventures’ profit dips 26.05% in Q1 FY25, ET RealEstate
NEW DELHI: Kamdhenu Ventures has reported a dip of 26.05 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended June 30, 2024. Its profit after tax stood at Rs 1.59 crore in Q1 FY25 as against Rs 2.15 crore it recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 54.58 crore in Q1 FY25, a dip of 12.25 per cent from Rs 62.20 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
Saurabh Agarwal, managing director of the company said, “Revenue for Q1 FY25 stood at Rs 55 crore, a 12% year-on-year decline. This decrease was primarily due to reduced demand, influenced by the general elections and an extreme heatwave that curtailed construction and painting activities. Our goal is to achieve a revenue target of Rs 1,000 crore within the next five years by capitalizing on market opportunities and enhancing EBITDA margins.”
During the quarter ended June 30, 2024, the board of directors of company had considered and approved sub-division/split of equity shares of company in the ratio of (1:5) that is each shareholder having one equity share of face value of Rs 5 each shall get five equity shares of face value of Re 1 each.
