NEW DELHI: Asahi India Glass has reported a decline of 25.39 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended June 30, 2024. Its net profit after tax stood at Rs 76.69 crore in Q1 FY25 as against Rs 102.79 it recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.

The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 1,135.83 crore in Q1 FY25, a growth of 4.14 per cent from Rs 1,090.69 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.

The board of directors approved the appointment of Kamaljit Kalkat as an additional director in the capacity of independent director on the board of the company for a period of five consecutive years with effect from August 6, 2024.
